Shailendra Pratap Singh (born on July 17th 1974 Sultanpur district Uttar Pradesh, India) is an Entrepreneur and Social Activist he pursued his B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) from IIT Kanpur (1992-1996). He started his professional career by joining a Public Sector Company in India and later on moved to USA. In 2003 he started his own enterprise in High Technology Domain in India and started working with various social organizations.He gives guest lecturers in engineering colleges for entrepreneurship development. He also organizes motivational seminars for school & college students. He works as a Motivator, Guide & Dream Builder for the youth.

Co-founder of Hydraulicpowerpack, Mr. Saurabh Srivastava, an alumni of IIT Kanpur is an industrial operations and ecommerce expert.He has worked in 27 countries in 150+ locations. His expertise spans Operations Transformation, India Entry and Strategy, Thematic Excellence Organization and Projects. He has converted Automotive and Assembly, Medical equipment and Pharmaceutical Chemicals Metals and Mining, Energy, High Tech and Infrastructure. He was heading  Supply Chain as Vice President at Flipkart and has also served several other ecommerce companies in India. He took care of Supply Chain Operation including Procurement, Fulfillment Centers, Transportation, Distribution Hubs & Last Mile Delivery and Operational Excellence. He built one of the strongest Supply Chain Organization in India by attracting the best talent in India and from across the world.
